Legacy Club
Legacy Club is Circa's 60th-floor rooftop lounge — 360-degree views, 500 real gold bars behind glass, fire pits, and a build-your-own Old Fashioned program. Daily from 4pm; 21+ (all-Circa rule); terrace tables $200 min.

Is Legacy Club Worth It? Honest Review
Legacy Club is downtown's altitude record — 9,330 square feet of indoor lounge and open-air terrace on Circa's 60th floor, with a 360-degree sweep from the Fremont neon to the whole Strip skyline. The house flex is literal: a display of 500 custom-engraved Circa gold bars — 1,000 ounces — with a live ticker tracking their value, plus bronze busts of the city's founders watching you drink.
It runs daily from 4pm (2am close, 3am Friday-Saturday) with an Old Fashioned program as the signature — build-your-own from about $20, collector versions to $100 — and cocktails at $16-25. Fire pits keep the terrace usable past summer, Friday nights add fireworks-and-DJ programming, and the Sunset Package (firepit seating, two cocktails, champagne toast) is the golden-hour product done right.
The fine print is Circa-standard: the entire resort is 21-plus, no exceptions; the dress code genuinely turns away athletic wear, shorts, and ball caps; and seating math means indoor tables carry ~$25-a-head deposits while outdoor terrace tables run $200 minimums against your spend. Walk-ins are welcome at the rail — but sunset without a reservation is a spectator sport.
Insider tip Book the Sunset Package (firepit seats, two cocktails, champagne toast) and land 30-45 minutes before golden hour — walk-ins watch sunset from the rail. Dress properly: Circa enforces the code, and the whole resort is 21+ with zero exceptions.
