The theater is a small speakeasy-style room of about 225 seats sitting next to Virgil's Real BBQ, with the door concealed inside a claw-machine arcade.

Expect stage illusions and audience participation rather than close-up card work. The door policy is ages 3 and up, seats are assigned and chosen at checkout, and the run time is listed at 1 hour 30 minutes, though some listings say 75. The on-sale calendar now runs Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8:30 p.m. plus a Saturday 1:00 p.m. matinee, with dates through January 9, 2027, and the venue bills the evening show as Dreams by Enrique De León. The listing calls the audience participation bilingual, but the act itself is not translated, so weigh that if your Spanish is rusty.

The show is only about ten weeks old, with no independent review coverage beyond a single preview line in the Review-Journal, so nobody can honestly tell you how it plays. The room has been unstable, too. Pompey Entertainment cut two headliners in July 2026, David Goldrake and Matt Donnelly, both of whom declined new cost-cutting terms, and Donnelly pointed to weak foot traffic on the Promenade. Pricing is the other catch: the introductory August dates sold for about $28 all-in, and every date on the calendar as of September 5, 2026 is $36 including fees.
