Ghost Stories Tickets

Ghost Stories is Kent Axell's intimate mentalism show, billed as "dark magic," staged in a hidden chamber inside 1923 Prohibition Bar, the speakeasy at The Shoppes at Mandalay Place on the bridge between Mandalay Bay and Luxor. Axell (Nat Geo's Brain Games, Masters of Illusion) caps each performance at 38 guests and blends storytelling with close-up mind-reading - the format is a séance-flavored parlor session, not a stage spectacle, and the room's bourbon-bar setting does a lot of the atmospheric work. Shows start at 6 p.m. Friday through Sunday and run roughly 60 to 90 minutes; the venue's site still lists Thursdays, but the current calendar rarely does.

Know the constraints: it's strictly 21-and-over (it's a bar), the 38-seat cap means weekends genuinely sell out, and at around $85 with fees to start it's priced at the top of the parlor-magic tier; the venue's own range is $69 to $89, and scarcity is a big part of what you're paying for. Listings as of September 5, 2026 still say one artisan cocktail comes with the ticket, but the venue's own page doesn't spell that out, so don't bank on it. The speakeasy itself takes some finding inside Mandalay Place, and the single 6 p.m. start is early by Vegas standards, so plan dinner for afterward.
